We believe in a different client-agency pact
At Fixmade, we believe that the traditional hourly billing model for marketing services does not serve the best interests of clients like you. Instead, we have chosen to offer a service model that is transparent and predictable, and is based on deliverables. We align our incentives to your priorities.


We choose value over time
Our services are tailored to meet the specific needs of each client, and are delivered at a fixed price. You don’t have to care about how many hours an agency is billing you. Now, you can finally care about results only.

You as a client know exactly what you are paying for, and can budget accordingly. The burden of figuring out how to be efficient and get you the results you want is on us, not you. No more fancy PowerPoint presentations to bill you an extra 10 hours of work, please.


We are opinionated
We have ideas on what should be done, and why. You are the client and you are the one paying us, so you will always have the final word. However, whenever there is a disagreement, we will:
• let you know what we disagree on,
• explain why we disagree,
• present what we think should be done.

We feel it's our duty to do so, precisely because you're paying us. We challenge you because we care about the quality of our work, and we care about getting results for you: this should be the sort of relationship you as a client would want, anyway. Jeff Bezos, the founder of Amazon, explained this principle as "disagree and commit". We live by it. If you're curious, here is a short video about it.


We create a full-funnel strategy, and we implement it
When we used to hire agencies, we noticed it was impossible to have them work in a cohesive way: our ads agency didn't care about what the content agency was doing. The social media manager didn't follow the guidelines set by the design team. And god forbid when we chose a "digital marketing agency" offering multiple services: suddenly we were paying over $25k for a light rebrand and three landing pages. We hated that, and we promised ourselves we would do it differently.

We are proud to work with you on a cohesive strategy and we care about implementing integrated campaigns that include online advertising, content strategy and social media efforts, to help you maximize your impact.

During our setup we understand what you want to achieve, we come up with a plan, and then we get to work. This is why we include campaign revisions, keyword reviews and expansion, budget optimization, split tests and creative rotation on every bundle.


We live and breathe B2B
We are not an eCommerce agency. We don't do consumer. We do exclusively B2B. We have worked for years with B2B brands and we care deeply about the B2B buying journey. This is the reason we don't believe direct response ads will save your next quarter. This is the reason we know that burning almost all your budget on Google Ads will not improve your lead generation.
If you are a B2B business, you want to work with a B2B agency.


We invest in you and our relationship
Our initial setup phase is designed to let us know as much as we can about you. You tell us about your company, your brand, your needs, your value proposition, your market, and your competitors. We dedicate multiple people to crafting a tailored strategy that works for your business.


We hate bullsh-t
When we come up with a plan that you approve, we just get to work. We believe you don't need to spend hours on alignment meetings just to be updated on what we are doing. Your time is better spent working on your business.
We choose to be proactive, so you don't have to: we send you weekly status updates, we set up a real-time dashboard and we promptly update you if something unexpected happens. We don't do meetings (unless you want to).

We are exclusive
We don't just work with anyone who has money to pay us. We are careful who we work with. For example, we never work with two companies that are competing with each other. Working with two competing clients would be a huge breach of trust, in our opinion: hence, we don't do it. If we are not a good fit, we will say it.
